Extended Service

As an authorized partner with top-tier manufacturers, MAPS can administer and maintain extended manufacturer in-warranty and post-warranty offerings, such as HP Care Pack Services.

Depot Exchange

Send your equipment directly to our national depot service center headquarters in Lenexa, KS for repair, maintenance, or quick exchange. Our certified service department uses expert diagnostic and repair technologies to provide high-quality warranted repairs and ensure the timely return of your original equipment.

Preventative Maintenance

As an alternative means of keeping your devices in top working condition, we'll perform semi-annual, 10-point service inspections and cleanings. Cost includes labor and travel. We average a prompt two –four hour response time in-network.

Break/Fix

Pay for maintenance and repairs only as you need them, as often as you need them. This type of service is available for both depot and on-site service plans.

Block Time

An economical alternative to time and material rates, you can purchase labor hours in advance and use them at your convenience. Block Time may be used for any service request on hardware repair, connectivity issues, installations and system or equipment moves relative to servers, PC's, printers, and fax machines, excluding multi-functional devices and wide-format printers (plotters).
